TERMS & CONDITIONS

> Check-in Time is 2pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
> Villa Rate is in US Dollars and converted to Indonesian Rupiah for all payments at prevailing
    hotel exchange rates.
> Payments will only be accepted in US Dollars ( Cash ), Bank Transfers or Credit Cards
> We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BCA & JCB for Credit Card payments. All
    transactions will be completed in Indonesian Rupiah.
> A non-refundable 1 night deposit ( plus tax & service charge ) required to secure reservations

CANCELLATION POLICY

> Any cancellation made after the guarantee deposit is received is non-refundable.
> Cancellations within 24 hours, no-show, or shortened stays will be subject to full payment
   ( inclusive of taxes & service charge ) for the entire length of stay.
> Charges will be applied to your credit card number provided.
